Directions:
SHAKE WELL before use. Place one (1) tablespoon of pulling oil in mouth. Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. DO NOT SWALLOW. When finished, spit the oil into the trash (not the sink) and rinse your mouth well with water if desired. Always brush your teeth AFTER using pulling oil.
